A hotel review "Camera"

Distancing myself from the idea of language and "language processing", I find a very good metaphor in the idea of a camera capturing information and focusing it into structured data. Here is a slide from a findaquiethotel.com presentation

Currently I claim findaquiethotel.com has capture > 95%, focus >90%, and is assuming "white light" that ignores differences among guests. 

I have built the technology (for noise and wifi statements in reviews), now I am shifting into hype mode.
